In this stage, every aspect of the construction, including details, materials, plumbing, and electrical specifications, is carefully considered and perfected to ensure that contractors provide you with the most accurate bid. After the drawings are handed off, we serve as a oversight and support link between you and the contractor.
Furniture Procurement
Once our design is finalized, approved, and presented to you, we proceed with the procurement of furniture, art, and accessories. Throughout this stage, we carefully refine our selections. Apart from budgeting and purchasing your furnishings, we also take care of tracking, storage, delivery, and the full installation of your items.
